Destiny 2's Season of the Splicer launches with transmog, new loot, and more

Bungie has officially launched Season of the Splicer for Destiny 2, which focuses on the Fallen Firm of Light and its leader Mithrax equally they help the Guardians thwart a new Vex threat.

Bungie has officially launched Season 14, which is Flavour of the Splicer, for Destiny ii on all platforms. The season runs from May 11, 2022 to Baronial 24, 2022, and it focuses on the Fallen House of Light and its leader Mithrax as they assistance the Guardians to take down an emerging Vex threat. Over the class of the season, players will be able to play a new 6-player activity called Override as well equally a weekly pinnacle boodle mission called Expunge. Some of the other additions in the flavor include the Vault of Glass raid (which is, notably, free to all players), over 30 new and reprised weapons, the Cryosthesia-77k Exotic Stasis sidearm, a new Exotic armor piece for each class, new armor sets and ornaments, and new Stasis Aspect quests (if you haven't fleshed out your Stasis subclasses yet, check my guide on how to get Stasis Aspects and Fragments in Destiny two: Beyond Calorie-free). Transmog has also been added (referred to in-game equally "Armor Synthesis"), which allows players to plough whatsoever armor slice from their Collections into a universal armor ornament by earning a new currency chosen Synthweave (check out my post on transmog and the new shader arrangement in Flavour 14 for more than details).
